- Kemudian diikuti dengan gula. Kacau sebati.
- Seterusnya masukkan bancuhan santan pekat dari 2paket santan.
- Apabila agak pekat masukkan pula jagung krim.
- Kacau sekata. Tutup api.
- Sesuai dihidangkan dalam keadaan panas maupun sejuk.

Zenzai, Shiruko
1. Put boiled azuki (red beans) or azuki paste and water into pan.
2. Mix well and boil gently 5 mins.
3. Bake rice cake in oven untill swelled and golden.
4. Pour azuki and water mixture in plate put baked rice cake on top.
Note : If you like smooth texture, use red bean paste instead of boiled azuki and the dish is called Oshiruko

- Rebus pulut hitam hingga empuk bersama daun pndan. Tips*Tambah 1sb minyak tuk mudah empuk.
- Masukkan gula dan kacau hingga larut dan sedikit garam supaya rse lemak2
- Masukkan pula santan. Sedia tuk dihidang pns2 atau sejuk2..

Cheese cake ni buat minggu lepas..1st timela kononnyer nk wt cis kek..sempena 1 1/2year our weeding..hehe TAPI... xjadi..mslhnyer pada meringue.. pukul xcukup power..ptut guna mixer tp sbb xde, guna kudrat tgn jela..bile test nak terbalikkan meringue tu msih meleleh.. ptut xkan meleleh akan lekat jer..mmm sebab da xlrt nk memukul trusjela.. cmpur bhn lain n bkr..nahh..cheese cake ku menjadi bingkaaA Cis..huhu~~ filling ngan yogurt strwbry n nuttela cokelat abis la "cis cake" ituw..
Ni pulak dessert di petang hri xingt buat bile..2mgu lps kot..sedap gak campur jgung dlm pengat pisang
Sotong percik...mmg mengancam lauk ni werr..
Popia ayam yg da buat beberapa kali da..msih xpuas2 lgi..nyum2.
